Records primarily include newsletters, brochures, photographs, and publications such as "The Survival Guide to Downer." Materials document services at Downer Commons and Lucinda's in Colman Hall. Menus from when dining halls were located in dormitories dating from the late 1930s and a Brokaw Hall dining questionnaire from 1940 are also included.
