Scope and Contents This collection consists of materials related to African-American students at Lawrence, dating from 1869 to 1997. This includes administrative materials related to the recruitment and enrollment of African Americans as well as materials created by African-American student organizations and committees. The bulk of the materials in this collection date from the 1960s and 1970s. This collection was arranged by the Archives prior to 2005.
Scope and Contents This collection consists of records documenting athletics (varsity sports, club sports, and intramurals) at Lawrence University dating from 1873 to the present. Records include administrative files and subject files documenting a variety of men's, women's, and coeducational sports over time. Materials include primarily articles, brochures/media guides/programs, correspondence, and photographs.

This includes administrative records of the Office of Campus Life, also known as the Office of Residential Life, and various administrators responsible for campus life over time, as well as subject files related to residential life. Materials include correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, newspaper articles, and photographs.

Scope and Contents This collection consists of records pertaining to career planning and placement for students dating from 1940 to 2015. Records include reports, job listings, photographs, articles, posters, budgets, and correspondence.
Scope and Contents This collection includes records created by the Dean of Men, Dean of Women, and Dean of Students at Lawrence University. Records date from 1926 to 2005 and include correspondence, memoranda, and reports pertaining to the administration of student affairs. Minutes of the Deans' staff meetings from 1966 to 1976 are also included.

Scope and Contents This collection consists of records documenting Dining Services (also known as Food Services) at Lawrence, dating from 1929 to 2006. Records primarily include newsletters, brochures, photographs, and publications such as "The Survival Guide to Downer." Materials document services at Downer Commons and Lucinda's in Colman Hall. Menus from when dining halls were located in dormitories dating from the late 1930s and a Brokaw Hall dining questionnaire from 1940 are also included.
Scope and Contents This collection consists of records from the Diversity Center and the Office of Multicultural Affairs at Lawrence dating from 1990 to the present. Records include memoranda and reports, newsletters, email announcements, fliers, brochures, and other publicity for events.
Scope and Contents This collection consists of records documenting social fraternities and sororities at Lawrence, dating from 1903 to the present. General files, records from the Interfraternity and Panhellenic councils, and records documenting individual chapters of fraternities and sororities are included. Materials include minutes, administrative documents, photographs, scrapbooks, ephemera, and correspondence from presidents of the college pertaining to fraternities and sororities.
Scope and Contents This collection consists of records of Gaming Club at Lawrence University dating from 2013 to 2016. Records include meeting minutes, posters, and administrative documentation pertaining to both the club and Gaming House. These records are in digital format.
