Summary Note

Emily Frances Brown was a professor of English at Milwaukee-Downer College from 1900 to 1945. She became most well-known for having brought the song, "The Twelve Days of Christmas" to America from England, for use in her annual Christmas plays at Milwaukee-Downer.
