This collection contains audio recordings in analog, magnetic, and digital formats documenting the Lawrence University campus and community. The recordings date from 1947 to 2014. Events documented include Commencement ceremonies, lecture series (including Freshman Studies lectures), reunions and other alumni gatherings, news broadcasts, Conservatory programs, and more. Researchers are encouraged to verify with staff the format of individual items and availability for immediate use. Many items in this collection will require preservation reformatting before they can be used.
