Scope and Contents This scrapbook was created by Jeanne Wierks Birch while she was a student at Milwaukee-Downer College 1948-1952 and added to in later years. It includes photographs, newspaper clippings, patches, letters, college publications, Commencement programs, and programs and publications regarding the rededication of the Milwaukee-Downer campus 1983-1985.
