Ingraham, pastor of the Methodist Episcopal Church in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin, writes to Plantz regarding his gift of $10, 000 toward the new boys' dormitory. On the condition that he donate funds, Ingraham was given the opportunity to name the dormitory and chose the name Wesley Hall. The new building was built in 1910 and was called Brokaw Hall.
