New materials for the collection are acquired by the Archives on a weekly basis and are added to the collection.

Separated Materials

Folders were removed from the collection if there was already a collection of papers for the individual. For example, folders on former Lawrence presidents were removed from the vertical file and added to that president's collection of records.
