Scope and Contents This scrapbook was created by Clara Ruder when she was a student at Milwaukee-Downer College, 1914-1918. It includes photographs, newspaper clippings, college publications, class schedules, letters, Christmas cards, playbills, music programs, receipts, homework assignments, signatures and messages, crafts, dried pine needles and flowers, birthday candles, ribbons, a perfume bag, a piece of cigar, lace, a menu, a pack of mints, and a piece of a "hockey ball."
