This manual was prepared for Lawrence University by consultants Keith-Stevens, Inc. in 1967-1968. It applies the "short interval scheduling" management strategy to make recommendations for processes and procedures in "Food Service, Memorial Union, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Business Office, Alumni and Registrar's Office, Library and Central Service."
