This collection consists primarily of papers and photographs documenting Winifred Boynton's time as owner of the Bjorklunden Lodge and Chapel from its purchase in 1928 to the bequeathing of the estate to Lawrence University by Winifred and her husband, Donald, in 1963. Materials continue past 1963, including records regarding her honarary master of arts degree from Lawrence University in 1964. Additional materials include personal writings, children's art pieces, copies of the Saturday Evening Post, and articles regarding her passing and legacy.
