Materials are arranged chronologically by year.

Method of Acquisition

Materials dating from 1965 to 2000 were transferred to the Archives by the Office of the President in June 2007. These were integrated with materials dating from 1921 to 1986 that had been acquired by the Archives prior to 2005. Two letters regarding an honorary degree nomination from 2001-2002 were transferred to the Archives from the Office of the President in November, 2013.
