This collection consists of records from the Office of Facility Services (known as Physical Plant until 2008), as well as records documenting maintenance of buildings and grounds pre-dating the creation of this office. Records date from 1902 to 2010 and include correspondence, photographs, utility infrastructure reports, memoranda and administrative documents, and the Physical Plant/ Facility Services newsletter. Subjects documented include heating systems, utilities, campus parking, and building repairs.
