Scope and Contents This scrapbook was created by Mary E. Egan to document her years as a desk clerk at Ormsby Hall, 1974-1990. Subjects documented include residence life, staff and student relationships, Zoo Days, and the nature of the desk clerk position over time. Materials include photographs, correspondence and greeting cards, administrative documents, newspaper clippings, and ephemera.

Scope and Contents This collection is comprised of materials documenting the history of Lawrence University's residence halls. Ormsby Hall was the first dorm built at Lawrence in 1889, and Hiett Hall is the most current dorm and was built in 2003. Materials in the collection include articles, building plans, correspondence, photographs, and information regarding construction and renovations.
