This collection consists of records of the Office of Communications, previously known as the Office of Publicity, the Office of Public Relations, and the Office of Public Affairs, dating from 1925 to the present. Records include correspondence and reports, documentation of special events, news media guides, samples of publications produced for other offices and departments, and press releases.

Job samples (2008-2010) transferred 2014-12-30. Job samples (2011-2012) transferred 2015-02-11. Job samples (2012-2013) transferred 2016-01-22. Press releases (2007-2010) transferred 2018-08-20. Rick Peterson files and press releases (1991-1995) transferred 2019-01-15. Job Samples (2017-2019) transferred Summer 2019. Other materials in this collection were received prior to 2005.
