Scope and Contents This collection consists of records documenting public events at Lawrence created by the Committee on Public Occasions, a standing committee of the faculty, dating from 1960 to 1986. Correspondence, programs, articles on speakers, contracts and itineraries for campus visits are included. Some committee meeting minutes dating from 1960 to 1978 are also included.

Scope and Contents This collection contains records documenting Convocation planning at Lawrence University dating from 1985 to 2017. Records were created by the Committee on Public Occasions, the Public Events Manager, and/or the Director of Public Affairs. Materials include primarily correspondence, programs, contracts, public relations material, and itineraries of speakers' visits to campus.

Scope and Contents This collection includes materials documenting the annual convocation series at Lawrence University dating from 1880 to the present. The bulk of the collection consists of convocation programs. Other materials include articles, photographs, and the text of matriculation convocation speeches.

Scope and Contents This collection consists of posters advertising campus events organized by departments and students at Lawrence from 1891 to the present. These include events such as Convocations, Conservatory recitals and concerts, theatre productions, art exhibitions, lectures, and campus celebrations.
