Scope and Contents Emma Maxwell's scrapbook contains correspondence, newspaper clippings, photographs, and post-cards. According to a letter by Henry Colman, Maxwell attended Lawrence University from 1853-1855/1856. Colman also writes that she attended the commencement ceremony in 1857.
